Yes it is literally and figuratively cut from the same cloth as less expensive versions you may find on Ebay or AliExpress. What is different here is that this has been upgraded and optimized to give the best product possible for under $100.
We worked with the factory to change several things:
American sizing, these are roughly aligned with t shirt sizing because nothing is more disappointing than receiving an items that feel like it is child sized.
Reinforced panels, We have put a second layer of fabric in the shoulders to increase durability where previous models had developed damage from attempted escape.
Biothane Straps, probably my favorite upgrade! These straps are incredibly strong and durable. The fake leather straps found on the original were weak and tore with minor struggling. I know these straps are not going to be the first point of failure.
